She couldn't have done that given that she was actually a CAMERA OPERATOR not a traffic police officer!

Am I the only one noticing that our tax money keep being invested on "police helpers" instead of police officers? Has no one got any guts to point it out to this useless/clueless/helpless government that they are destroying the country?
They keep bankrolling money saving ideas when all we want is proper policing not continuous BIG BROTHER schemes that make us feel less and less safe and private?
Or is this the final acceptance to the fact that the mobile phone law is difficult if not impossible to enforce (without more bobbies on the beat)?
