--- Was this RIGHT outside your house? Surely if it was 60/70 right outside your house it would be very dangerous pulling out. I know there are many houses in this situation near where I live and it looks a nightmare to pull out in rush hour. It's something do-able but I wouldn't really fancy it everyday.

----Do you not think it's better to be too low than too high? Lets assess the situation shall we?
Too low = people take longer to get to work
Too high = people have higher chance of death in an accident.
To me, it seems the governement should always make sure people are in the too low region rather than the too high.

Of course, none of this matters to you because you already perfectly understand why speed limits are there...you simply want an excuse to drive your car over the speed limit.
