I created the named workgroup, but then after restarting mine it hangs when i try to view the workgroup before eventually telling me i 'don't have permission to use this network resource, and to contact the administrator to the server to find out if i have access permissions'

I don't *think* there are any restrictions on my comp, i had i built for my home office and as far as i know i have access to everything, so i don't know whats tripping it up, maybe this is the hub causing the problem?
