to the wall due to the way our elected leaders (all parties)over the last 2 decades have wrecked our economy. Sell offs , No investment in people No investment in Industry and especially manufacturing, No job security,No apprenticeships ......3rd world education standards ,now NO HOPE amongst people. The big pay outs to white collar government cronie mates,especially the ~ankers, leave a bad taste GB Ltd is in BIG Sh#t.
However I feel you are spot on with your "We the taxpayers" comments.
I have worked until 6 weeks ago for over 45 years,paid my dues as employed and self employed and employer..I am now in receipt of Ł60 per week for 6 months,then I will receive nothing.

Because I worked so hard all my life ,if I have not found a job, as the Job Centre Plus cannot find me one,when means tested I will be seen to have too much in assets = house / savings worth (over Ł7500)put away for my retirement in 4 years..now maybe earlier.
So why are we handing money out to every country imagineable ,and fighting on 2 warfronts,both now going on for far longer than ever predicted / budgeted for.

Attending yesterday the local NO JOBS CENTRE (19 people after every vacancy BBC news last night)there was a "refugee family" who had just arrived in the town,been in Uk 4 days could not speak English,nor his wife.
One of their 5 children was acting as an interpreter,until the member of staff went away.He then said to his son to ask for more,to try and get some more.
Little Aliver Twist then asked for more,they were then given Ł400 emergency assistance,food and clothing vouchers and fixed up with a B&B in Chester (not cheap, tourist area)
Following them out,they were met by a taxi,laughing their ~ollacks off and waving the money about,how much had THEY paid into the system, I went to the bus depot.
However don't blame them, they are no different to the Brits who also screw the system,like the family on TV last night,failed X factor non-singer and her family of 4, GROSS weight 120 stone.
Cannot manage on Ł20,000 a year benefits want more,daughter isn't worried she thinks 30 Stone is a good weight and excersise is for fitness freaks !!.
Is GB LTD doomed ?............with all the obesity,1 in 4 now, and people still arriving from all over the world,we might SINK due to overloading, after all we are an Island,coastal erosion and rising sea levels etc.

Does anyone have a vacancy in the North West for a clear CPC goods national /HGV licence holder,most of working life been in Plant hire and Haulage industry,kart /racing car mechanic,5/50/55 mins from 3 North West tracks own van and tools,courier,wide loads escort etc.anything "legal" considered.
