a subject that has got me thinking for a few years

DEMOCRACY: in its purest form, what the majority want they get, village, county, country......not included global because there is no global vote

does rely on people elected to serve the the majority on the issues they where elected on....which is a very grey area

that could mean they vote against green issues, speed cameras, banning all religions or voting for just one or none, majority rules

DICTATORSHIP one person or group believes their way is right and enforces that view

instead of big brother, falling on ice and "i am a minority get me into britain" we had

52.....every week the red button is used to decide policy in this country by the majority voting.........

that would be DEMOCRACY in its most honest form, it cant fail because the majority gets what they want

but you can not have both, place you money, no each way bets
