A little challenge for you.....
Write a little essay on the feelings of a Muslim family, or a Sikh family or a Hidu family, or a Northa American ntaive family or, basically, just choose ANY of the other families of the world where ' the west' (i.e. Britain) decsended on them and didn't ASK is we could teach Christianity but just FORCED it on them with the barrel of a gun.
The 'misguided' mother/father in your above example actually thinks she is doing YOUR kids a FAVOUR by trying to 'save their souls'. The ONLY people whgo are NOT allowed to teach 'our' religion in schools is MY lot... the ATHEISTS whom YOUR lot BANS from the radio and tv! You may know, that ANY religion is allowed to present Radio 4s 'thought for today' .... JUST becasue they have an 'imaginary freind'.... but MY lot....are BANNED!
Hypocrisy DESTROYS your argument! You haven't made a SQUEAK about what the 'Christians' have done to the REST of the world but you DO mind if another bunch who also have EXACTLY THE SAME IMAGINARY FRIEND do the SAME thing, here! That would be HYSTERICALLY funny if it wasn't so damned SAD!
