Thanks for all the tips and comments.
To be honest, I didn't look at the postage details before I bought the item. Postage was Ł10 for a helmet, I sent one last week recorded delivery for Ł8 so he's pocketing some cash there.
But on the other hand, he has 100% feedback and a rating of 75. So i do believe he sent the item and its either lost in the post or a delivery driver has spotted it in a big bright Arai box and kept it for himself.
None the less, It cost me over Ł210 so I will not ask for 50% back. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow I'm going to file a dispute, I paid through paypal and in turn that went on my credit card so I should be able to get it all back.
Trouble is, I've got a brand new Arai SK-5 iridium visor with a nice new Tony kart sticker on it sat here doing nothing, if this doesnt arrive, i'm going to have to get a V2 pro or something.
