no roadrat, it is a job that can be shared between 2 parents but agree is a 24 hour job for parents and yes most parents have to make changes, good news is we have gone from a 2 car family to one older car and given up karting ( using resources for fun ).........ticked the green boxes and saved money

but policy is pushing parents to work and gives no room for stay at home parents

so if anything happened to me or my wife i or her would need to pay someone to look after our daughter until school age and then find an employer her offers 12-14 weeks holiday release plus snow days, children sick days and teacher training days ( sweet child of mine, cant these be done when the school holidays are on).........find me a employer that can do that and i dont blame them that wont
