..... not a single ONE of us could have adjusted the car's performance to LIMIT it's maximum speed between being booked and it being 'tested'....

The Police were clearly told not to waste money fighting that one.

Odd though '...he'd have faced disqualification....'..... so it was CLEARLY his first offence........ In a car that OBVIOUSLY only goes slowly......
