At those speeds which were about three times faster than the "old boys" video, the higher momentum and tyre grip result in the over-turnings. Yes I agree that with no plastic self preservation may prevent the bold moves that result in those accidents in the video but conversely if any of those accidents did happen with metal bumpers then at to-days speeds the results might be fatal.
