If you use the F11 option, it will do a fresh factory install from a "hidden" partition of your hard drive. Its effectively the same as using the restore disk that you should have burnt.

When you restore it, make a restore disk! Straight away! Then if you want, you can delete that restore partition and free up about 6GB
