How are you planning on doing the system restore, by using a cd that sometimes computer systesm ask you to create at the start first time of use? Using the system retore point on windows? or formatting and reinstalling?

By doing the system resore to original settings by the disc if created @ first time use, this will not cause any bigger problems, what it will do is put your system back to how it was when you created the disc.

IT would be worth running a virus scan if you have the software if you use this type or system retore
