What IS all this stuff about NUMBERS of customers who buy retail or trade?

Where ON EARTH does it say in that Direct-Gov web site the NUMBERS or PERCENTAGES of each type of customers that make the difference between VAT Inc prices and VAT Excl prices?

It does NOT!

You all seem to be arguing that the law should be what you WANT it to be and not what is WRITTEN! I think you are all going to be VERY disappointed if that IS your view!

The solution is SIMPLE.... just WRITE to HMR&C and TELL them about the web sites in question and see what happens!
