But if your product offering is aimed at consumers then according to the post you made earlier, you are obliged to display VAT inclusive prices prominently. You may also display VAT exclusive prices if your customer base includes businesses as well, but it would appear you must display VAT inclusive prices if its predominantly consumers.

In other words, would it be reasonable to say that not displaying VAT inclusive prices prominently if your customer base is predominantly consumers is in contravention of the law ?
