you'll have to go down to london and see a guy called Dr Dorrington Ward, a private doctor who will assess you for the MSA, i haven't raced or taken up a licence again since i became an insulin dependant diabetic, when i saw him i was still able to take pills for it, but that is what you will have to do.

From memory you get your application in with your doctors report as per normal and then the msa will write back to you telling you to do the above, as long as he's happy he will rubber stamp it.

You will have to do this every year.
