You are making a habit of this, today, Steve! You are wrong AGAIN!

I use the Album Art problem as ILLUSTRATIVE of the problems with the Itunes software. There are PLENTY of other faults with ITunes which are more complex to explain so I use the Album Art as it CONCISELY illustrates the TYPE of problems!

It clearly illustrates that the people who CREATED that software do NOT understand what they are DOING! The have created a feature, and failed to realise that the original DESCRIPTION of the feature does NOT match the product which the programmers produced!

That is a CLASSIC in the computer industry! It happens where the MARKETING department get more say on a product than do the TESTERS! Marketing told 'programming' what to do; the programmers misunderstood the request (as they ALWAYS do!) but NOBODY BOTHERED TO CHECK to see if the product matched the design brief! And they STILL haven't fixed it ...... after T*E*N Y*E*A*R*S...... and why is that? Because ITunes is FREE and nobody demands their MONEY BACK about FREE stuff!
