1 for fastest lap.
Teams to declare fuel in sealed 'bids'
Q3 15 mins on light fuel, no dry tyre changes.
cars to be fuelled to declared value under pre race parc ferme scrutiny. [hidden from all other teams obviously :)]
1 point for 2/3 (win,pole,FL)
1 point for most laps led
So a completely dominant driver could get 16 points (win=12, pole=1, FL=1,most laps=1, 2/3=1)
