I have received a Notice of Intended Prosecution from Suffolk Constabulary (Speed Camera). In bold print in the middle of the form it says:
YOU MUST DEAL WITH THIS NOTICE YOURSELF, DO NOT PASS IT ON TO ANYONE ELSE

At the bottom of the form it says I have 28 days to return it or I will be prosecuted.
