Why don't people actual try READING what has been written? We could even try moving on to UNDERSTANDING what has been written.

At no stage have I claimed climate change is attributable to humans, nor have I denied the possibility. My assertion has only been that global warming is an indisputable fact (on a 100 year moving average, the earth has warmed 0.6 deg C or so). I have made no claims for what may happen in the future.

My claim has been followed up with opinions about the best course of action should our effect on the climate prove (no more word games Itpro and Vic) to be significant. My opinion - if this were the case - is that adaption would be far less damaging, overall, than any other purported solution.

It is also my opinion that human adaptability has proven sufficient enough to allow us to survive in a vast array of climates throughout the world.

If you find anything less than reasonable within those statements I suggest you take longer to read and understand them. I have read and understood yours, and whilst I don't agree with the basis of your argument, I tend to agree with your conclusion. i.e. Technology is the only viable option, global warming or not.
