The REASON why Govt's haven't done enough yet is that there are STILL too many MORONS out there..... Hmmmm, Hmmmm, Hmmmm, I wonder where we should LOOK to find an example!

And THAT's your level of discussion is it? It CAN'T be true because, DESPITE MOUNTAINS OF EVIDENCE, Govt.s are being slow in reacting?

That same logic applied to the Govt.'s approach to Heroin Addiction would 'PROVE' to people like you that there IS no 'Heroin Addiction' simply because they do SO little about it!

Similarly, there CANNOT be any 'speeding', 'racial bigotry', mugging, white collar crime, drunkeness, leaks from nuclear power stations, etc., etc., etc...........

Why?

Because (using YOUR 'convincing logic') Govt.s do SO little about THEM, too!

Again...... I must be BONKERS! I am trying to convice a man who REVELS in his bigotry!
