For the past 3 years I have found this problem in the summer is especially bad when a big grid of X30 are present, when they lay down their natural rubber tyres onto a track, then the sun cooks it all up, that stuff is like super-gluing a cadet to the floor.......you need to take some extreme measures to make a cadet release off the corners once its happened.
The senior tyres are bad enough in making a track "grip-up", but the X30 tyre makes it 2-3 times worse, it happened to us at Whilton in 2015 in the Summer, and cadets were going out straight after the X30 grid had come in, I remember our cadet tyres looked like 4x4 knobbly off road tyres when they came in, times fell through the floor for everyone and the whole cadet paddock was scratching their heads.
