Not that I know of,but you can get a rev counter only unit for one engine and run the other engine through your Alfano etc.
As 'MOTE' suggests both engines will normally be running at the same revs. as they are both connected to the same axle. Exceptions would be clutch slipping or different gearing or other things which 'Brian P' will no doubt list for our further education.
