I would HAVE thought that if you are trying to replicate a standing start, the front of the kart should be up against the scales and the scales up against the wall???
Haven't seen any rules for clutch 'engagement' revs. for 200 extreme, but there is no minimum revs for MSA rules 160. 'The clutch must be engaged at 2,500 rpm' or similar.See Honda tech.regs. version V12. ABkC site/ regulations ,or elsewhere.
