The point is that the 200 extreme engine builder (RPM) has stated that it is their intention to produce equalised engines and you seem to accept that "all efforts are made to do so" How effectively they do this can be argued but as stated by Orton safeguards are in place. The clincher would seem to be that no 200 extreme engine has been advertised at above the list price of £400 +vat. Contrast that with the msa cadet situation The reason for ABkC in the thread heading is that on their site, / regulations/ scroll down to' main classes 2016' we see 'Honda Cadet gx 160 BUDGET engine' . No other class listed has a similar description. Either stick to it or delete it.
