Hello, I used to race about 9-10 years ago, just bought myself another kart and am looking to start racing again soon, I held msa license etc etc before, can someone tell me what happens from here

1.) Will I have to redo my test or just apply for a new license?
2.) once I have my license will I have to run a novice plate at first again? (I hope not lol).
