Probably. If you have one clutch with sprocket next to the engine ie. inboard and the other with the sprocket away from the engine ie. outboard, you can just swap the clutches over from one engine to the other and all should be fine.Otherwise you will need to take the clutches apart and rebuild with the shoes on the soft setting.All the pictures I have seen on ebay etc. show the shoes positioned for the soft setting. The end slot in the shoe engages with the drive dog on the centre, and the centre pulls the shoe round rather than pushing it. (Acknowledgement 'Knighty'). They are Magnum style clutches?
