Getting a new T2 direct form Honda so will be doing the de-governing etc myself. Not an issue but the only thing I cannot find anything about is the ignition timing and how much you can advance to be MSA legal.
I've seen 4 and 8 degree keyways and the regs say you can modify the keyway but don't say much else.
Can anybody enlighten me please.
