Well let's assume that as in my first post it is normal to take the mean between 3500 and 6000 rpm. We are going to use method 2 above. Go along the horizontal axis of the graph till you get to 3500 rpm . Go vertically up from there till you intersect with the curve. Then go horizontally to the left and read off the power figure at 3500 rpm. Reading 1. Repeat at 4000, 4500, 5000, 5500, and 6000 rpm. Readings 2.3.4.5.6. 6 power readings. Add the 6 readings together and divide by 6 to give the average power. That's the mean . Good luck and goodnight.
