you say the key aspect for series success is the dyno...

I think the key flaw in the whole 200 idea is the seal.

Sealing an engine that needs regular top end maintenance is just creating grid where some get their engines refreshed, at a cost, regularly and some do not.

oh and obv' people with a big budget will book dyno time to see that their engines are not dropping off in performance.
