Hi Simon
We are currently running 10 Kilos on the Kart,
4 Kilos on the Back top of the seat,
2 kilos either side of his hips on the seat,
2 kilos under his legs between the fuel tank and seat,
we are just really struggling with front end grip we have moved every thing about front wheels in and out, back wheels in and out, we have raised the front and rear ride height, in the dry it not to bad but not as good as say a Project 1, but in the wet it terrible they can just keep nipping through the inside where he cant keep it tight.
