Wonder if anyone has some good advice on chain length?

We have just ordered 22T clutch with 66T sprocket to race at 3 Sisters. I have been told to run the right engine with 2 links less than the left, so 96 links and the left at 98.

Also, would you agree that the 22/66 is a good setup for 3 Sisters?
