I can't help R.E the chassis, but with regards to the rim widths you're going to want 210mm rears unless anyone else says otherwise. It gives you a wider contact patch and makes sure you're using all the width of the tyre. Someone may prove me wrong but thats how i always think of it. Narrow rims are for the wet.
