My understanding is that the purpose of the mandatory ABkC resttrictor is to reduce the performance of ALL honda cadet engines .What i am asking here is whether there is any system of restrictors which could slow the faster engines relative to the slower ones and avoid or lessen the need for invasive scrutineering checks
