Ian, it's not always about screamers m8.

Sometimes we just need to help with the post rather than pursue a personal crusade.

I love aircooled 70's two strokes for themselves, having recently built a couple of racing Yams, and also love the amazing Biland sound and power, with lots of potential for tuning.

-as for maintenance... all racing engines are equal in their needs for skill in prep.

I personally don't get concerned if it's a two or four stroke when working on an engine. I just consider and enjoy the engineering.

Enjoy your racing, however number of strokes you use!
