as RoadRAT has said you can use a 160 head if you don't want to go to the expense of taking 80" off the 200 head, if you can make sure you get a K spec head, this will be the best you can get without lots of machine work. and i would never use the thin metal 200 gasket as its a problem waiting to happen, use the better 160 type one as it wont let you down. ( to finish first, first you have to finish). if you want the extra bit the thin gasket will give you take it off the head or deck the block... most if not all of this is in BrianP 's book i bet ..
