Thanks for the info Daniel, 33bhp is some increase in power! One of my engines I would guess us running about right, the other I think is down on compression, the pressure out the exhaust is less than the 'stronger' one of the two and its recoil starter is easier to pull with less resistance when starting the engine. I'm not too concerned at the minute as they start first time and they will be getting replaced in the next couple if months when I'm happy with the kart setup.
