ok...cheers colin...ive been putting the eco into my tonykart chassis today without to many problems other than i am finding the engine sprocket doesnt sit as far out as the rotax so the set up i had with the rear sprocket doesnt allow me to have my sprocket protector on...that sprocket protector has saved me alot of money due to not getting bent sprockets and broken chains as it is inevitable that the odd kerb will be driven over..i have a 50mm axle so will also be needing sprocket carrier and rear sprocket(where can i get these as the chain and sprockets on the eco is larger than the rotax)..what is the gearing like with these ecos.At the moment there is a 14 tooth sprocket on the engine..how many teeth on the rear would i need for a track like lydd......how would i know if the top end has been gas flowed and ported...im tempted to take the engine apart to see if it has been bored to 300 or not..i guess alot of my questions will be answered once i take it for a test drive and time myself on a lap..i could get 38.9secs out of my rotax round lydd..what would be a good lap time on an eco??
