What are peoples opinions on the optimum rev targets for a Honda cadet? Some say it is important to aim for 6000 high, some say its more important to aim for 3000 low.
If both are equally important then what can be done to alter both high and low to a specific target? Obviously if the rear sprocket is changed this will bring both either up or down but how can you change the gap between them i.e bring the high revs up and the low revs down.
