Just did a quick google search for honda cadet chain guards and Zip North came up first - excellent supplier.

If your lad has enjoyed arrive & drive then i would be amazed if he does not love this. I would not rush to get him out of cadets as those classes teach them a lot of race craft. If height/weight are not a problem you can do cadets until the December following his 13th birthday.

From Basingstoke you have a lot of tracks within 90 minutes including Clay Pigeon, Buckmore, Dunkerswell, lydd and Forest Edge and even more if you are prepared for a 2 hour journey (each way). Buckmore have introduced a honda cadet clubman series alongside the main honda cadets. The clubman series was introduced to keep costs down.
