what a cracking days racing that was, I can see that being very close racing at the front the next few months!
we had a bad qualifying with dan in 6th and Ryan 4th but dan won all 4 heats and was just pipped on the last corner buy a patient Ryan who bided his time, think was 1/100th faster over the line to take the win! to say it was frosty in the van afterwards was an understatement!
I think Bridgestones were a great move, the tyres we were on had done a 24hour race,we then got them out the bin and have done 3 x 3 hour endurances and 10 x sprint heats and were still good enough to come 1st and 2nd even against new tyres.
Dave you are welcome to the tyres, as said they have done some miles but still seem to be on the pace although I suspect we will find some time in a couple of new sets ?
and anyone else thinking of doing the next round I believe Dave has plenty of second hand tyres that are available if you dont want to go to the expense of buying new :)
this could be a great season even if the numbers dont increase but could be better still with more on the grid.
