Just my view, but all the non-MSA events I visit use the MSA Honda regs for checking purposes. At MSA events, where the scrutineering bay is very likely near to or inside the parc ferme, there will be insurance issues, which is the most likely reason for your admission being declined, Brian. As to your non-invasive equipment, I know you have worked hard to develop it, you have asked my opinion and I have given you that privately. The latest T2 engine looks like a good piece of kit but, having only had the opportunity to work on, test and strip one unit, it is far too early to say whether or not the tolerances will be close enough to make a fiche a viable document.
