Thanks Brian,

To answer your questions

# which valve was bent? Exhaust
# was it attached normally within the collet? Yes
# did it have the exhaust collet and rotator fitted? Yes
# did it have a stem seal fitted? No
# was there any marks on the piston? No

Another thing that might have affected them - We dropped the gearing down to 20/63 for winter to see if we would benefit when it was slippy. The revs were peaking out at 6000 RPM in the race before last. We may have over revved them.
