hey do you run your clutches inboard or outboard if ones in and one out you may have it on the wrong setting,have a check??? sprocket wise 73t will forgive your drivin style until u get abit smoother then test dropping down 1t at a time.tyre pressures are a pain range 20-40 is a guide depending on kart-conditions-and age of tyres.testing alot is the answer to see what works for you best. cheers
