Yes, you type Ceramic bearings into Google and select your supplier.

Acorn do them
Barden do them
SKF do them

In the States hybrid bearings (steel race, ceramic ball) in 1.5 inch (ie about 35mm ID) are advertised at $12 each

in the UK you can get full ceramic bearing (Zipp--for the bike) for Ł149
