Hi folks this is my 1st post, be gentle.
I have just relapped the valves on one of our gx160 engines , lapping while the head was bolted to a honing plate at 24nm ,thought i had done a good job until i tested with compressed air line into the spark plug hole which produced air bubbles when wd40 sprayed into inlet and outlet manifolds.
Am i doing anything wrong or will you always have a small amount of pass.
