to sync two engines/carbs you need to first study each engines acceleration trace.
If you have a rev counter that picks up from the inductance of a ht lead then swapping it from engine to engine and listening to each engine will give you a good start on how each engine responds to the throttle.
Get listening to the way the Gx accelerates and where any flat spot/lag occurs.
If we have the cables adjusted accurately then both engines will arrive at the throttle stops together.
In actual fact it is almost impossible to sync two Gx's due to the crudeness of their carbs. All you can do is your best effort.
The basis of tuning the Gx carb is setting the air screw. To set the air screw: slow tickover right down, turn air screw until you have the engine at its highest revs, reset the tickover to just below the clutch engagement speed (tinkling)
Obviously this is just my thoughts and many many people will rubbish my words and tell you it is overkill. Use your own judgement and dont be afraid to learn how the humble Gx works.
