Hi, there are a few reasons why most of the oekc teams run a rotax. As positive karter has pointed out! But if you only have 1 or 2 bilands on the grid and 1 team requires maybe a spare clutch due to breakage. If you ain't got a spare your shafted! But with 18 rotaxs on the grid anyone with any spares would be happy help! We had an issue with a power valve on Sunday! When everyone knew I was offered 4 power valves within minutes. Ive posted another thread for you on your questions about the TKM 4 stroke. We had a guy racing with us on a few occasions called Iwan, he turned up with a TKM BT 82 and a really old ARC chassis and used to give us rotax boys a run for our money.
