Cool Power etc are very expensive and exotic oils that are used to get the last vestige of power out of the engine and hang the expense. The GX 160 only needs a decent quality engine oil to function well for many hours. Use 20/50 or 10/40 and change every 10hrs of use if you want to feel "racy". Use 450ml on flattish circuits and 500ml if there is a long banking which will centifuge the oil away from the oil pick up.
