Okay...did they run modified standard chassis when they fitted two engines then?
The reasons I was thinking about a Prokart chassis are:
1. I have one
2. It's very sturdy so should take the stress(es)
3. It's already got the engine rails on both sides, centre tank, 2 throttle cables etc.etc.
The only minor problem I foresee is getting a different exhaust bend for the left engine? Everything else seems a doddle and the thing has got to be damn quick when done!
Seems like I am talking myself into doing this...
