Hi Kev

The gearing for crail will be very safe for larkhall, we used to run around 68 for crail and 71-2 im sure for larkhall. But try ive not raced there for a good number of years so try that gearing for crail first and see what your reving to. Id be looking for between 5.6 - 6.00 if they are old engines and if they are new style engines then aim between 5.8 - 6.2.
